You put hours into your work and into your family. But at the end of the day, there is hardly any time left to work on YOU.

You’ve tried every fad diet and exercise program out there, but they’ve just landed you with the same result. 

You are busy, so you eat what’s convenient. And then go back into the shame/guilt cycle of “I’ll do better next time.”

Committing to 7 hours per week in the gym and super intense dieting just isn’t sustainable (or enjoyable). 

You don’t feel as confident as you used to feel, so you’ve embraced society’s definition of the “DadBod”. But deep down you know there is more for you than that.

You want to love what you see in the mirror, not just tolerate it. 

You want to feel confident, energized, and know that you are going to have many healthy years ahead of you to make memories with your family.

I’ve been there. 

At age 38 I had tried every diet out there. None of them worked, and I was so frustrated. I was losing confidence in myself, and feeling helpless. I didn’t think there was anything I could do that was sustainable, simple and actually worked.

But I did! I found that simply eating at a caloric deficit and lifting heavy weights immediately gave me the power to lose fat, build muscle, and actually enjoy my life and the food I ate.
